Meet The Team
Nigel gained his degree in 1980 from the University of Manchester. He taught undergraduate dental students at the University of Bristol for 15 years. He opened the surgery in 1993 and it was the only practice in Weston to be accredited by BUPA until the scheme closed in 2009. Nigel also holds a Bachelors Degree in English Law.
Dr Newton is a member of the following societies:
The British Dental Association, The British Society of Periodontology, The British Society of Prosthodontics, The Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.
Dr Newton has also trained in Facial Aesthetics and provides a wide variety of facial aesthetic enhancements including Juvederm and Teoxane fillers and anti-wrinkle injections. He is Accredited by Saveface and is fully insured.
Dr Newton is also a member of the General Dental Council’s Complaints Panel, which helps to resolve disputes between private patients and dental professionals.

Hayley joined the team in September 2015 as a trainee Dental Nurse and receptionist. She completed her training and was awarded the NEBDN National Diploma in Dental Nursing in 2018. Hayley’s GDC registration number is: 279511

Patricia Newton joined the practice in September 2016 as our receptionist. You are welcome to call in anytime during working hours to make enquiries or to register as a new patient’, she is qualified to provide Microdermabrasion and facial massage skincare. She has a Diploma from Skinbase and is insured.
